YMCA Fitness Expo March 11
The Meredith Mathews East Madison YMCA is holding a Fitness Expo on Saturday, March 11 from 10AM to 2PM.
There will be tables of information on nutrition, exercise, and health; short group exercise classes; and talks in the upstairs classroom.
I will be manning a table from 10 to 11, then 11:30 to 2, and giving a talk from 11 to 11:30 on natural approaches to common conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, allergies, and colds & flu.
